What is a Nurse Advocate?

A nurse advocate is a nurse who works on behalf of patients to maintain quality of care. They intervene when there is a care concern, and following the proper channels, work to resolve any patient care issues.

What does Agape mean?

It is the highest form of love. Agape embraces a universal, unconditional love that transcends and persists regardless of circumstance. It goes beyond just the emotions to the extent of seeking the best for others.

How do you protect your clients' privacy and health information?

At Agape Advocates we take your privacy very seriously. All information you share with us is strictly confidential and we will only request information that is relevant to our advocacy services. All interactions between Client and RN Advocate are confidential, excepting those persons specifically identified, and in compliance with RN Advocate’s legal obligation under state and federal law.

Do you provide medical advice?

We do not provide medical advice, prescribe medications or diagnose medical conditions. We can help you make well informed decisions regarding your healthcare and provide you with resources. For answers to generalized questions (via phone or virtual) regarding medications, basic labs and/or guidance for next steps in your healthcare, please click here to book an Agape RN Call

What are the fees for your services?

Our fees vary depending on the complexity of your situation and what your needs are. We have both membership packages and non-recurring services to choose from. Can you drive clients to their appointments?

Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover the transportation of clients. We can however, coordinate transportation as needed and requested. We strive to lessen the burden of your access to quality services. 

Do you provide services to clients that live out of state?

 While we value the importance of face-to-face interactions, we can certainly assist clients that live out of state (Virtually Only). If there's one thing that we have learned over the years, it's that most of us have the ability to work remotely. For more information,
