INTERIM PRIVATE NURSING IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

With our expertise, we can perform a vast variety of nursing care tasks within the scope of practice of our Registered Nurses. Interim private nursing allows for better care continuity, increased family involvement, higher life satisfaction and greater flexibility to match your needs. We want to be there to care for you during every stage of your health journey and not just when you are feeling unwell.
Checking Vitals
Your assigned private nurse will check your vital signs and report any abnormalities to your healthcare provider to facilitate in any new orders or recommendations. This allows for early intervention to take place and helps to prevent hospital readmissions.​
Medication Administration
We are able to administer medications, set medication reminders and fill weekly (bi-weekly to monthly) pill boxes. Check-ins will be performed to ensure that you are adjusting well to any new prescriptions and address any concerns you may have. Should any concerns arise, we will relay them to your provider and enact a plan based on their recommendations.
Head-to-Toe Assessments
Our team will perform a thorough head-to-toe assessment and report abnormal findings to your healthcare provider. This allows us to take a look at things such as the condition of your skin, listen to lung sounds, check for mobility concerns and much more.
Disease Management
The private nurse will provide ongoing education and interventions for optimal disease management in coordination with your healthcare provider. We take a comprehensive and holistic approach to disease management by partnering with local pharmacists, practitioners and additional health services to ensure that you are getting the most out of your health regimen. ​
