At Agape Advocates, we provide Wellness Check-Ins, or simply known as Care Calls, to ensure our members are safe, supported, and never feel alone. Whether it’s a friendly chat, a gentle reminder to take a medication, or a quick wellness check-in, this service brings peace of mind to families, including seniors who wish to maintain their independence.

Care Calls: What are they? How much is the membership?

This service is designed to provide reassurance, companionship, and timely support, particularly for seniors, individuals with chronic conditions, or those living alone. These calls help identify potential concerns early, offer emotional support, and help with medication & appointment reminders. Regular wellness check-ins can improve quality of life, enhance safety, and promote independence while fostering a sense of connection and security. How do I sign up?
